Bravo Room FAQs

Q: How early can a date be reserved?
A: Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

Q: How many guests can the Bravo Room hold?
A: Occupancy for the event space is: 220 guests in classroom style seating or 128 guests seated at 72” oval tables

Q: How is catering handled?
A: The kitchen is available for service of catered or prepared foods when serviced by a licensed caterer. Internal catering service is also available.

Q: What is the alcohol policy?
A: Alcohol service is required to be provided by Hobart Arena. The carry-in of outside alcoholic beverages or alcoholic favors for guests are strictly prohibited.

Q: Who will set up the event space for us?
A: Tables and chairs are provided by and set up by our team. Hobart Arena however, does not provide table or chair coverings.

Q: What about our audiovisual needs?
A: Hobart Arena can provide a podium, microphone, speakers, a projector, and a screen depending on the needs of your event.

Q: Where can we park?
A: Parking is located on the south side of Hobart Arena as well in Troy Community Park.

Q: Is the event space handicap accessible?
A: There is a ramp that enters from the outside northwest exterior along Adams St. that leads directly to the Bravo Room.
